The Department of Hotel Management has organized ‘Bakery Fest & Exhibition’ in the College Campus on December 11, 2009. A wide range of bakery products such as cookies, biscuits, cakes, pastries and chocolates were prepared and displayed by the "APPRET" club of F & B Production. The exhibition was inaugurated by our Campus Director Retd. Wg. Cdr. P. Sambasivan, Mr. Joseph Vaseegaran, the Academic Administrator, Prof. Philip Machado, Director of BHM and Mr. Satish Khalkho, HOD, BHM. Faculties and students of T. John Group of Institutions across the campus were also invited to take part in this exhibition. Extra service of selling the display products was also provided during the exhibition to everybody. The Bakery Fest was a great success and was appreciated by one and all.
