Entrepreneurship week celebrations at t john college, bangalore commenced with an Enthusistic faculty and student community taking the e pledge which could be heard throughout the vast campus.
Students and faculty from all the departments of study - management, biotechnology, hospitality management, languages, journalism, computer applications and quantitaive techniques participated enthusiastically in taking the e pledge.
What followed the ceremony was heartwarming and profoundly overwhelming. An entrepreneurship 'mela' on campus witnessed an outpouring of enthusiasm and excitement when groups of students from different courses set up stalls displaying a variety of products - health foods, snacks, gaming stalls, fruits and sweets. Students and faculty from engineering, pharmacy, nursing, business school and t john college converged as one to the event and created record sales which would be the envy of any start up or first time entrepreneur.
There is a competition going on right now for a name for the t john college e club.
A movie on entrepreneurship is being screened on campus tomorrow 11 february 2010 for students and faculty.
A satisfying experience for the t john college fraternity.
