Workshop on HRD Initiatives for Delegates from the University of Kalaniya, Srilanka at T John College.

T John Group organized a development workshop on HRD initiatives in Industry and institution for students and faculty delegates from the university of Kalaniya, Srilanka. The delegates were welcomed by Dr. B S Patil, Director, Management Studies, T John College with the students presenting a red rose to each one of them. The workshop was inaugurated by the Campus Director (Retd). Wg. Cmd. P. Sambasivam. Mr. Aron Watson H R Head, Shoba Developers, made a presentation on HRD trends and challenges in the industry. The presentation was very much appreciated by the participants. They presented a memento to Mr Watson. After a short tea break Mr M John, Faculty for Entrepreneurship engaged the participants in a workshop on HRD Initiatives at the T John Group. Participants took part in short skills development events during the workshop, in such areas as creativity, communication, assertiveness and leadership, case study method. All the participants and faculty were presented with participation certificates and mementos in remembrance of the occasion.

Mr. Galgamuwa thank the Chairman and management of the T John Group of Institutions for organizing the effective workshop.
