“The Meaning of Life” was the Theme of the workshop. He utilized the Concepts of Meaning in life to every day situations. It was an interesting session where the participants explored the principles of logotherapy. It focused on how some of these principles can be brought to bear on one’s daily living to make our lives more humane and fulfilling.
